On top of the plan
AI credits
The Assistants module runs on AI credits, bought separately, so you pay only for what it does.
User licences
$15 a month for each user, at least one, on top of the plan’s own price, which includes none.
Questions
When can I subscribe?
The plans open soon. Contact us and we will tell you as soon as you can subscribe. Nothing is paid before then.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly, you pay one month at a time. Annually, you pay for 12 months at once and they cost 10: 2 months are free, a saving of 17%. Both are paid in advance and renew for the same period until you cancel.
Is the price per user?
Essentials includes one user. Standard and Premium include none: each user takes a licence at $15 a month, at least one, on top of the plan’s own price. With Premium, 3 users cost $45 + 3 × $15 = $90 a month.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are in US dollars and taxes are added where the law requires.
How do I pay?
By card. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and your card details never reach our servers.
Can I change my plan later?
You can move to a higher plan at any time. It starts at once, at the full price of the new plan, and the unused value of the old plan is settled separately. A move to a lower plan during a billing period is not offered.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, and cancelling takes effect at once. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, unless the law requires it.
What happens to my data when a plan ends?
For 30 days after the plan ends, your organisation can ask us for a copy of the data it put into the platform; after that we delete it.
