Support and subscription terms
Billing and renewal
Paid in advance, monthly or yearly. The plan renews for the same period until you cancel it.
Changing plan
Moving up starts at once, at the full price of the new plan; the unused value of the old plan is settled separately. A move to a lower plan during a billing period is not offered.
Cancelling and your data
Cancelling takes effect at once and fees paid for the current period are not refunded, unless the law requires it. For 30 days after that your organisation can ask for a copy of its data.
