Answer travel requests from buyers and publish your own packages and stays.
For operators, lodges and camps that sell to travellers and the trade.
A traveller or a tour operator describes a trip once: dates, party, places, budget and what matters to them. Every supplier whose services match sees the request and can answer with a proposal, so the client receives comparable answers instead of writing to each of you.
Nobody is named until a choice is made. You see the trip, not who asked; the client sees the proposals, not who sent them. Contacts are shared only for the one proposal the client accepts. Accepting is not a booking: the booking and the payment then happen directly between you and the client.
The same module lets you publish your own packages and stays to travellers, and rooms or seats you still have free to tour operators, who can tell you they are interested.
What it does for you
- Requests that fit what you sellTravellers describe the trip once: dates, party, parks and budget. It reaches you only when it matches your services, so your time goes into proposals you can win, built from your own packages and rates.
- Fill the rooms you still haveShow your stays to travellers and offer free rooms to tour operators at short notice. They tell you when they are interested, and you agree the booking with them directly.
- Ask the trade onceNeed rooms, guides or transport for your own clients? Send one request to the suppliers who offer them and compare their answers side by side.
- Nobody is named before the choiceYou see the trip, not who asked; the client sees the proposals, not who sent them. Contacts are shared only for the one proposal the client accepts, so you win on your offer.
How it works
A request passes through these states, from the client’s first description to the moment you can contact each other. The solid olive arrows are the usual path; the dashed ones lead to a review or to the other ways a request can end.
- From Draft to Confirmed: confirm.
- From Confirmed to Open: publish.
- From Confirmed to On review: a check flags it.
- From On review to Open: released.
- From Open to Answered: propose.
- From Open to No match: no supplier fits.
- From Answered to Accepted: accept one.
- From Answered to Withdrawn: client withdraws.
- From Answered to Declined: all declined.
- From Answered to Expired: validity ends.
- From Accepted to Contacts shared: share contacts.
What each state means
- DraftA traveller, or a tour operator buying for its own clients, describes the trip in a form or in a conversation: dates, party, places, services, budget and what matters to them. Nothing is shown to suppliers yet.
- ConfirmedThe client checks a structured summary of the request and corrects it until it is right. The request is checked for completeness, and the client’s identity and consent are recorded before anything is published.
- On reviewWhen a check finds something it cannot clear on its own, such as contact details in the text, an unreadable attachment or a risk, a moderator looks at the request and releases it or returns it for correction.
- OpenNames, contacts, links and codes are removed and the request is published under an alias. Only suppliers whose services and areas match receive it, under the same rules for every company.
- No matchNo supplier’s services fit the request. It closes and the client is told why, instead of waiting for answers that cannot come.
- AnsweredYou answer with a proposal built from your own packages and rates. It is checked for completeness and cleared of contact details just like the request, and you can revise it while the client has not decided.
- WithdrawnThe client withdraws the request before choosing. Open proposals close with it and no contacts are shared.
- DeclinedThe client declines every proposal and gives a reason, so every supplier gets an answer. The request closes and no contacts are shared.
- ExpiredThe request’s validity or its travel dates pass before a choice is made. It closes and no contacts are shared.
- AcceptedThe client compares the proposals side by side, with every difference and open point shown, and accepts exactly one current proposal. The decision and what both sides saw at that moment are recorded.
- Contacts sharedOnly now do you and the client receive each other’s contacts, as far as the disclosure rules allow. Accepting is not a booking: you agree the booking and the payment with the client directly.
Rules that always apply
- Requests come from travellers and from tour operators buying accommodation, guides, transport or other services for their own clients.
- Anonymity works both ways: the same removal of names, contacts, links and codes applies to every request and to every proposal.
- Contacts are released only after an acceptance, never after a decline, a withdrawal, an expiry or a moderator’s closing, and each release is recorded.
- If the client changes the request, the change becomes a new version and proposals are checked against it; an outdated proposal cannot be accepted.
- The platform records what was requested, offered, decided and shared. It does not reserve rooms, take payment or settle anything.
